ICP Tier Weights (for lead scoring)

Tier Personas Lane Lead weight
A — Tier 1 (focus 90 days) A1, A2, A3, X1 Events + channels ×3
B — Tier 2 (focus months 4–9) A4, C1, C2, X2, X3 Entertainment + govt summit + vendor ×2
C — Tier 3 (focus months 6–12) B1, B2, B3, B4, C3 Government museums ×1 (but high project value)

Critical rule for Lane B (govt museums): Without ISO 9001 by Month 6, do not bid. Without ISO 27001 by Month 9, do not bid on data-handling projects.
