# SOP — The Pixel Hues Prospect Profile Structure

## 1. Purpose

This SOP defines the **mandatory structure** for every prospect profile produced by The Pixel Hues CGO enrichment pipeline. It ensures:

- Consistent download UX (emails, CRM row, lead bank)
- Compliance metadata always visible
- Founder review readiness
- Round 2/3 verification traceability

## 2. Folder Structure (per prospect)

Every prospect must live in `/workspace/pixelhues/companies/<slug>/` and contain EXACTLY 3 files:

`<slug>` must match the folder name used in `companies/index.html` and `index.html` references.

## 3. profile.html — Mandatory Structure

### 3.1 Hero Block (top of page)

The hero MUST include a **Download Button Row** with these three buttons in this order:

**The button row is MANDATORY and MUST appear immediately after the `.meta` div inside `.hero`.**

### 3.3 The 14 Wizcraft Sections (in order)

## 4. emails.csv — Mandatory Schema

**13 columns required.** Confidence flags:
- 🟢 PUBLIC-VERIFIED (PUBLIC source e.g. press kit PDF, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, LinkedIn bio)
- 🟡 DOMAIN-CONFIRMED (masked pattern on verified domain)
- 🟠 PATTERN-INFERRED (firstname@/firstname.lastname@ on verified domain)
- 🔴 INFERRED FN (function inbox like info@, partnerships@ — test-send required)

## 5. crm_row.csv — Mandatory Schema

**30+ columns required.** Must include:
- 5W's (who/what/when/where/why)
- Score + tier + lane
- Total emails + breakdown
- Exclusions
- Sensitivity warnings
- Next steps

## 6. Mandatory Compliance Elements

Every profile MUST include these in **Section 13 (Compliance & Known Limitations)**:

1. **MANDATE callout** — explicit statement that no outreach has occurred without founder approval
2. **Round 2 Verification Stamp** — date + DNS/MX/SPF revalidation confirmation
3. **Hunter.io / NeverBounce callout** — Round 3 requires founder approval + paid credits
4. **Exclusions section** — any individuals/addresses excluded per mandate (e.g. Vijay Nair OML, Karim Morani Cineyug)
5. **Confidence flag legend table** — explains 🟢🟡🟠🔴

## 7. Index Updates (after every profile)

After creating a profile, update:
1. `/workspace/pixelhues/companies/index.html` — add card to prospect grid + tree view
2. `/workspace/pixelhues/index.html` — add card to root grid
3. `/workspace/pixelhues/planning/04_lead_strategy/leads_seed.csv` — append row
4. `/workspace/pixelhues.zip` — regenerate

### 7.1 Mandatory Index Audit (after every batch)

**Run this audit BEFORE finalising any batch to ensure NO prospect is missed:**

**If any company is missing, the audit script auto-generates a placeholder card** using `COMPANY_META` dictionary in `_tools/audit_companies_index.py`. Add new companies to `COMPANY_META` before running.

**Deduplication check (also mandatory):**

This removes duplicate prospect-card blocks (keeps first occurrence only). After running, the file should contain exactly 109 unique `href="<slug>/profile.html"` references.

**Card metadata schema (for new entries in `COMPANY_META`):**

**Auto-card generation rules:**

- Tier 1 (score 80-95) → full `<div class="rank">RANK N<span class="score">N</span></div>` card
- Tier 2 (score 65-79) → RANK label, abbreviated footer
- Tier 3 (score 50-64) → `<div class="rank">NEW<span class="score">N</span></div>` card
- Data-limited (no metadata) → yellow warning card with placeholder
- Government / Cultural (Lane B/C/X) → rank label uses lane prefix (T1B / T1C / T1X)

## 8. Lead Bank CSV (leads_seed.csv) — Downloadable

**Master lead bank:** `/workspace/pixelhues/planning/04_lead_strategy/leads_seed.csv`

**Mandatory columns:**

**Update cadence:** Append new row after each profile completion. Notes field must include:
- `ENRICHED Round 1 (date)` for initial enrichment
- `ENRICHED Round 2 (date) | Wizcraft-format | N emails` for Wizcraft-format upgrade
- `ROUND 2 VERIFIED (date)` for DNS/MX/SPF revalidation
- Any exclusions or sensitivities

**Master download pattern:**
The root `index.html` should provide a direct download link to the lead bank CSV at the top of the page so Ajay Pillai (founder) can grab the latest snapshot before any outreach decision.
