05c — LinkedIn Strategy (v2 — Events-First)

The Pixel Hues | Revised June 2026

v2 adjustment: Content pillars rebuilt around the events-and-agencies lane + government lane. Founder profiles rewritten for Ajay as the primary BD face to event agencies; Alok as the technical face; Inna as the creative face.

Why LinkedIn is the single highest-leverage channel for Pixel Hues right now:
1. Event-agency founders + creative directors live on LinkedIn (Tagbin's founder Saurav Bhaik and Tagglabs's Hariom Seth both use LinkedIn as their primary thought-leadership channel).
2. Indian LinkedIn usage has grown >20% YoY — most decision-makers post or check it daily.
3. Organic reach on LinkedIn is dramatically higher than on FB / IG.
4. Pixel Hues has 0 LinkedIn content — even small consistent effort will compound fast.

A. Channel Architecture (v2)

Total: ~12 LinkedIn posts/week across the team. Pixel Hues appears in feeds daily.

Agency partnership (how we work with event agencies, partner wins) 20% "How we built an immersive booth with [Agency X] in 14 days"
Industry POV (WOW Awards, EventFAQs news, event-tech trends) 15% "Why Tagglabs's 5 WOW Awards tell us about the events lane"

D. 3 Posts/Week Templates (drop-in templates)

🎯 Event: [Event name + 1-line description]

The brief:
→ [specific, what the agency / brand wanted]

Our approach:
→ [what we did, tech used, time-to-install]

The result:
→ [outcome + metric, even qualitative — was it WOW-Awards-eligible?]

📸 [3–5 visuals from the install]

This is the kind of event-tech we love — turning brand activations into moments.

DM if you want to talk about your next event.

Template 2 — Founder BD lesson

We almost lost our first ₹30L event project because our proposal was 24 pages.

What worked better:
→ 4 slides
→ 1 case study on a similar event
→ 1 clear budget envelope
→ 1 specific technical differentiator (Pixel Mapper speed)

Two hours later, signed.

Lesson for any BD team in events:
Your deck is not your differentiator. Your fit + speed are.

What's the worst deck you've ever sent? 😬

Template 3 — Industry POV (events news reaction — v2)

Tagglabs won 5 WOW Awards in 2025. Here's what that tells event agencies:

1. The "Experiential Tech" category is the new battleground — not just concept + design.
2. Agencies are bringing in tech partners earlier in the brief.
3. WOW credentials now influence brand shortlists.

The agencies that win WOW in 2026 will be the ones with a tech partner who:
– Can turn around installs in days, not weeks
– Owns proprietary tools (like our Pixel Mapper)
– Submits WOW entries as a partnership

We've been doing this work since 2023. DM if you're thinking about your next event brief.

Template 4 — Agency partner pitch (NEW)

To every event agency founder reading this:

We're the immersive-tech partner you bring in when you win a brand activation brief.

We do:
→ Projection mapping
→ Interactive kiosks / booths
→ Hologram / AR / sensor-driven
→ Content production + install + on-site run

What we offer partners:
→ 10–30% off standard rates based on volume
→ Dedicated WhatsApp channel with our CTO
→ Co-submission to WOW Awards if the project fits
→ Faster installs via our proprietary Pixel Mapper software

10 agencies in our preferred-partner programme. DM if you'd like to talk.
